Beth has battled chronic illness for the past 10 years. She has been in out of hospitals and required home IV support for 2 years.
​
She understands living with illness and the significance of a provider that listens and is willing to dig deep to find solutions to improve one's health.
​

Beth is currently not accepting new clients.

Beth's passion is to help people develop a nutrition plan to manage illnesses and heal the body.
Education
​
Beth earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics from the Univeristy of Idaho. Beth studied food culture and history abroad at the Royal Academy of Veterinary and Agricultural Sciences in Copenhagen, Denmark. She then furthered her knowledge with graduate work at Rutgers University.

Beth has built several specialized nutrition programs and published her research improving clinical outcomes.
